Taking care of you right from the start is our biggest priority. Buying your new home is very exciting and moving in is a really big event. Our aim is to make sure that we do everything we can to ensure that things go as smoothly as possible.
From the very first day we meet you, to your moving in day, and afterwards, looking after you is something that we take very seriously. From the start we’ll help you choose the right home for you including making your choice of fixtures and fittings that best suit your taste and lifestyle. Our highly experienced staff will provide guidance and assistance with your choices before you make your final decision.
As your new home begins to take shape we’ll keep you informed of our progress then provide you with an agreeable entry date. Once we’re satisfied that your new home is ready one of our Director’s or a member of our senior management team will inspect it and approve it for release.
When you arrive we’ll be right behind you as you unlock the door. We’ll explain how your new home operates and go over things in every detail so you feel comfortable and ‘right at home’ soon afterwards.
We’ll give you our Customer care number if you need to contact us in an emergency and explain our procedure for any final minor work that might need to be attended to. Approximately one week after you’ve moved in we’ll give you a call to make sure that everything is going well and you’ve settled in. One month after this we’ll make an appointment to visit you and attend to any outstanding issues you’d like us to resolve.
